We Will Count On You To
  • Be responsible for your own client portfolio
  • Renewal planning and implementation (daily indemnity, mandatory and supplemental accident, medical insurance)
  • Populate global client reporting (Mercer online tool)
  • Handle Day-to-day requests
  • Manage medical and claims helpdesk
  • Manage accident and sickness claims (notification to insurer, follow-up with insured, check of benefit statement)
  • Advise employees of international customers on medical insurance (resident, cross-borders, expats, etc.) and adequate process
  • Regular contact with HR departments, insurers and employees
  • Answer queries of client employees in German, English and French
What You Need To Have
  • Commercial education (CFC employé de commerce ou équivalent)
  • Very good Knowledge in medical and/or group personal risk insurances
  • Knowledge of pension plan (LPP) would be an asset
  • Some experience by an insurance company or caisse maladie (2-4 years)
  • Brevet fédéral en assurance maladie ou sociales ou privées ou Certificat AFA would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of German, English and French oral and in writings
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
