Business Administration Internship

About The Business Admin Internship

This role will sit within our Smoke-Free Products Commercialization Global Team and will be based in our Lausanne HQ.

You will provide key support services to PMI’s leadership team in Commercialization function. Your role will be vital in ensuring the efficient running of the organization. By providing administrative assistance such as, assessing priorities, arranging small and large scale events and global travel arrangements you will have unparalleled exposure to the many areas of PMI’s business.

Who we’re looking for

As a trusted and critical member of the team who executes tasks efficiently and accurately, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

In addition to these qualities, it is important that the individual for this role possesses;
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Can prioritise tasks effectively
  • Comfortable liaising with people at all levels within the business.
  • Currently or completed studying for your bachelor’s degree
  • High sense of confidentiality, reliability, and efficiency
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, French is a plus
Roles & Objectives
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the Global commercialization team in HQ
  • Makes travel arrangements, such as visa application, flight/hotel booking
  • Manage end-to-end expense process for the team
  • Conferences and Events planning and organization
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
