Your Role and Responsibilities

Join the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC)! Our team works with different technologies, methods and tools to develop solutions in client projects of IBM in various industries. Become a vital member of the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) based on your skills and expertise. You will work in client projects delivering high quality work.

In this position you will work as a Technical Business Analyst in a global delivery project about the Swiss social security system. The supported applications of this role are based on Websphere, Java, Hibernate, DB2 and are connected to other system components by IBM MQ and services.

Your impact:

• Consolidate, align and transform delivery milestones into a releaseplan
• Prepare staging environments due to milestones
• Prepare technical pre-conditions in order to start test execution (both data & functional wise)
• Prepare technical pre-conditions in order to be ready for re-testing (system reset)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 2 years of experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis
• Technical background or good understanding of technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• ITIL or similar experiences in incident-/problem management
• Agile methods (Scrum)
• Message Queueing
• SQL PL for IBM DB2
• Software testing
