In this position you will join the Investment Risk and Performance Team within the Tech Department of the Investment Platform as a Business Analyst.

The product provides a consolidated Agile delivery process for any Risk and Performance solutions included in the PAM tech landscape (mix of vendor applications and internal developments) which are used by equity, fixed-income and multi-asset risk managers.

Your role

  • Working with Investment Risk stakeholders, product owners and developers to define solutions.
  • Capturing business requirements of new initiatives and translating these into user stories that fit our tech landscape.
  • Liaising closely with product owners and architects to develop and challenge product roadmaps.
  • Taking part actively in backlog refinement sessions with the Agile team.
  • Working on transversal projects to produce and support detailed analysis and oversee impacts on the product.
  • Acting as an expert in Agile product management.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related field, or equivalent.
  • A strong understanding of financial services, preferably asset management.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, capable of understanding investment risk business requirements and implementing change.
  • Experience with leading vendors of risk management platforms would be extremely beneficial.
  • Agile experience and delivery-focused attitude and skillset.
  • Personal leadership and excellent inter-personal skills to engage with business stakeholders and the delivery team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French a plus.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
