Would you like to be a corner stone for digital transformation? Do you have interest in latest technological innovations like natural language processing, machine learning and AI? Are you ready for dynamic environment and motivating tasks?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst and Junior Solution Developer to:

  • work closely with the business to understand their needs, define opportunities and requirements in order to help translate them into robust digital transformation solutions
  • cooperate with the robotic delivery teams, project teams, IT and other stakeholders, to meet project deliverables
  • test, deploy, support and occasionally develop classification and extraction logic and methods built on Kofax TotalAgility (Transformation Designer)
  • support stakeholders with meaningful reporting input, help analyze results and enhance current reporting solutions
  • provide technical support, research and problem resolution

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Document Hub Transformation and Change team in Zurich. We support document processing digitization’s and automation efforts to our partners across UBS globally.

As a Business Analyst and Junior Solution Developer you will work in an agile and innovative environment, using the state-of-the-art tools to drive digital transformation efforts within the largest bank in Switzerland.

Your expertise

  • at least two years related professional experience
  • experience with Agile methodology is a great plus
  • efficient understanding in key programming languages Visual Basic.NET, VBA, SQL, other languages such as C/C++ and Java are advantage
  • experience with Kofax stack and its wider range of products (Kofax TotalAgility, Kofax Transformation Modules, etc.) is a great advantage
  • fluency in English (German and other language skills are a plus)
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • highly motivated, able to work independently
