For one of our clients are we looking for a Business Administrator in Oracle NetSuite. Our client is an international operating company in Sport Marketing and Digital Perimeter Advertising.

The Successful candidates combines analytical skills with a strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating with operation team and top management. You are digitally savvy and have excellent communication skills in English, German or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • User management: Provision users, manage user roles and permissions, and provide users with dashboards, basic training, and support.
  • Be part of the user support team to handle incoming requests
  • Assist users in developing/refining their processes around supported systems
  • Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes.
  • Integration support: Monitor the flow between NetSuite and integrated platforms, reconcile and investigate errors
  • Configuration and development: Assist in development, unit testing, documentation, and deployment of major configuration changes, installed bundles, and custom scripts. Support next phase of product roll out.
  • Working effectively with key stakeholders and users to understand business and functional requirements and translate to solutions within the NetSuite environment
  • Assisting with regression testing of system upgrades prior to new version releases along with post-upgrade validation exercises. Update user dashboards, custom fields, transaction & entry forms, and printed pdf & html layouts.
  • Reporting: Create and update saved searches & reports to support financial reporting and other analytics
  • Data management: Reconcile, csv import, merge, and delete records

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience with Oracle NetSuite/ERP implementation
  • Strong product and project management skills leading highly complex engagements with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in defining both business and functional level requirements, user stories/use cases, present state and future state process flows
  • A strong understanding of financial business processes and requirement
  • Fluent English, and German or Spanish is a big advantage
