We enable them to leverage data, analytics, modern platforms, and data science & AI technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform their decision-making.As part of the Strategy & Analytics practice, we help clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.Our clients are interested in business outcomes that drive their business forward. It is our role to understand their business problems and apply data-driven thinking and technology to deliver on these outcomes.For this role, we are currently offering start dates from March 2023.How You Can Make An Impact

• Work with our clients to modernize their data landscape using next generation cloud-enabled platforms and big data architectures to deliver high quality actionable data
• Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of internal and external data
• Leverage traditional data visualization and next generation algorithms to generate predictions and insights from structured and unstructured data, and augment decision-making
• Jointly develop data strategies that allow our clients to reach their objectives ranging from satisfying regulatory requirements to improving customer experience by leveraging the power of modern data stack
• Guide clients in executing complex data transformations that have organizational and cultural implications and require data-driven mindset

Who We Are Looking For

• You obtained an excellent university degree, ideally in a science, information technology, or other quantitati ve fields
• You are driven and want to make a career in Consulting
• You have gained first relevant practical data-related and/or consulting-like experience through internships/traineeships and enjoy working methodically and with great attention to detail
• You grasp new concepts quickly and are both client and goal oriented
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills
• You have a good idea of how consulting business works and prefer to work in fast-paced, intense environments where you get to work with business and data & analytics stakeholders
• You have affinity to work on both strategic, conceptual problems as well as practical hands-on technical implementations of data products
• You show a foundational understanding of at least one of the following disciplines – data modelling, data governance, modern data stack, visualisation and analytics – and can apply it to solve business problems
• You communicate confidently in English. German or French professional proficiency is strongly preferred but not a must
• You are able to occasionally travel for work
• Knowledge of at least one of SQL, python/Spark, data engineering, Cloud data warehouses, data catalogs, or data modelling is highly beneficial
• Practical experience or certification with at least one of Azure, aws, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra/Informatica or PowerBi Tableau is highly beneficial
