Your role

Do you enjoy delivering strategic projects together with a passionate team? We’re looking for someone like this to:

  • support requirements development for the core platforms, sourcing strategy and analytics (data lake)
  • reinforce smooth initiation, design, planning, execution and steering of programs and projects with the project manager and the involved team
  • solve complex process problems with elegant technical solutions
  • drive automation and robotics to improve efficiency
  • challenge inconsistent processes and be able to propose workable improvements
  • discover areas of customer experience that can be automated through machine learning
  • cooperate with stakeholders globally to understand their needs and provide support
  • help to translate processes in to operational and trackable processes

Your team

Group Corporate Services – Platforms & Shared Services team in Zurich is supporting processes, projects and tools used globally by UBS’s Group Corporate Service function. You will liaise with UBS functions in redesigning processes / tools and maintenance of those aiming at high quality management information and services.
This role will require you to cooperating with and regularly report to senior management. By joining our team, you will be constantly challenged to develop innovative solutions. This will enhance both your technical and business capabilities.

Your expertise

  • education in Economics, IT, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Project Management
  • at least 2 years of experience in Management Consulting, Project or Change Management
  • experience in data integration / science and software engineering
  • strong analytical skills with attention to details and competent technical skills
  • proficiency in designing and documenting business processes
  • ability to learn and adapt to fast changing business needs and requirements
  • excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • very good English (verbal and written)
