In this role, you will lead and coordinate the monthly demand planning process for Distributor Markets Europe & Africa (DM E&A), coordinate across each responsible metier the bi-annual non-sellable asset planning.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

Demand Planning DM E&A

  • Preparing monthly forecast and liaise input between Sales, Finance and Marketing
  • Proposing adjustments and update monthly forecast in OMP (global demand planning tool)
  • Aligning demand planning with monthly/yearly Net Sales target
  • Coordinating out-of-stock (OOS) and allocation management with Customer Service

Reporting & Analytics DM E&A

  • Selling-out reporting: consolidation of all sales reports and follow-up with distributors on missing report Feed and follow-up monthly dashboards to monitor KPIs and qualitative objectives
  • Hosting monthly sales meeting to present performance, analysis and actions based on input Sales / Métiers / Distributors
  • Adding value to RS / WHS analysis through involving markets and métiers and provide recommendations.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in demand planning and business analysis
  • Work independently and convince as a communicative personality with analytical skills, structured and process-oriented thinking
  • Mastering demand planning tools, such as JDA, Oracle, OMP, SAP APO
  • MS Office, strong excel skills, QlikView and/or QlikSense
  • Fluent in English, German & French a plus.
