Our client, an international company located in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Business Analyst(f/m/x) to report directly to the department Director. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. Despite the Covid-19 situation, our customer is currently looking for motivated employees (f/m/x). The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Missions

  • You are responsible to monitor and assess the revenue and profitability of the Business Unit activities and to provide specific financial studies requested by Management (commercial margin analysis, new launches etc…).
  • You identify operational and financial opportunities to improve business by analyzing the sell-in and sell-out of our customers as well as territories and report your recommendations to guarantee the financial profitability and to evaluate the long-term projects.
  • You work transversally with Finance teams to develop reporting tools (including a P&L for the Business Unit and P&L per area), and adapt them constantly to business needs.
  • You will collaborate closely with our Commercial, Marketing and Finance departments in Switzerland and abroad, and prepare the BU budget.

Profil du candidat

  • You have 3 to 6 years experience in Finance (External audit industry, Sales Controlling, Business Analysis)
  • You had exposure to Sales and are customer oriented - You speak english and french
