Job Description


Multiple Locations:

This role can be based in:

  • Baar, Switzerland
  • Solothurn, Switzerland
  • Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina
  • Cambridge, MA

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes in standardized format. Develop new and / or update existing standard operating procedures, work instructions and technical reports to align with new processes and system functionality. Develop Quick Cards, tutorial videos and job aids as identified. Implement business process improvements. Liase with instructional designers to support development of training materials
  • Develop business requirements for PLM system by means of collaboration with BPOs, PLM Super Users, and IT. Oversee prioritizatation of monthly IT releases as business lead. Ensure robust communication of PLM monthly releases to the business end users
  • Assign access to the PLM system and perform quarterly user entitelement review to ensure compliant system access
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to PLM
  • Perform investigations for deviations to determine root causes and implement CAPAs

Qualifications
  • Mininum 5 years experience in similar roles in Oracle Agile PLM and/or ERP system implementation projects
  • Proven experience in Business Requirement Engineering based on unstructured information from stakeholders and existing documentation
  • Experience in translating complex, cross-functional scenarios into clear Business Requirements to enable the IT group’s Functional Design work
  • Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences, in GxP-regulated area
  • Experience with Oracle Agile PLM and/or PPM is a plus
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Good negotiation and communication skills & strong writing and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Ability to prioritize according to business implementation timelines
  • Strong MS Office skills (in particular MS Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, TEAMS)

Additional Information
  • The Business Analyst is a member of the Global Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) department and is responsible for documenting business process flows and redesigning processes related to Oracle Agile PLM, including Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Business lead for prioritizing changes to the PLM system as part of the monthly IT release.
  • Collaborate with business process owners (BPOs), PLM super users, and IT to gather business requirements for both system and documentation changes
  • Perform analysis both data-driven and through cross-functional collaboration, and implement process improvement for the global change control (GCC) and master data
  • Oversee access assignment of the PLM system, including routine review to ensure compliant access and usage of the PLM system by business end users.
  • Lead the Global PLM Super User Community, enabling and mentoring Super Users to empower and oversee system and process improvement needs
  • Define and carry out system and process change effectiveness review methodology
