Your Role & Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. We focus on software solutions for the financial industry, specifically on private banking and wealth management and as a result the analysis tasks will focus on portfolio management, investment analysis, regulatory topics and CRM

• Gather and prepare business requirements
• Plan and document requirements
• Analyze and model requirements
• Take up change requests
• Create tickets describing features and backlog items
• Maintain backlogs in Azure DevOps
• Discuss and explain features and PBIs with the development team
• Integration in Scrum process and refinement meetings
• Translate business requirements into technical language for developers
• Describe and optimize user workflows
• Collaborate with UI and UX designer for optimizing user experience
• Perform acceptance testing

Your Profile

• Experience as a business analyst, designing and delivering modern enterprise software applications in a dynamic environment
• Broad experience with agile delivery, preferably the Scrum methodology
• Strong personal interest in usability and application GUI design and modern UX
• Experience in managing complex software projects in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communicational skills
• Ability to prioritize & manage work and provide solutions to critical project timelines and business needs
• Experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments
• Basic understanding of the financial sector and the terminology involved
• English
• German as a great advantage

Will be a plus

• Hands‐on experience with SQL databases and software quality assurance processes
• Experience in the or with solutions for the financial sector (preferably in asset or wealth management or private banking)
• Experience with the concepts of CRM solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: CHF60,000.00 - CHF100,000.00 per year
