YOUR ROLE - THAT WAITS FOR YOU

  • Business analysis, process analysis/modelling, requirements engineering, design/specification in complex banking and IT projects
  • Consulting for customers in the area of change and innovation projects
  • Interface function between business department and IT
  • Preparation, moderation and evaluation of workshops and assessments at customer sites
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with various stakeholders and project managers
  • Incorporation of the latest business models and solution approaches
  • Coaching of teams at the customer

Your Skills - What You Bring With You

  • Degree in (business) informatics, economics/Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical professional experience in customer-focused business and IT consulting - in a consulting firm with a focus on financial services or in a corresponding internal function in the financial services environment
  • Distinct conceptual and analytical skills, a quick grasp, persuasiveness and creative power
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Expertise and process know-how in the insurance industry
  • Methodological and practical experience in business analysis, process analysis and modelling, requirements engineering and design specification
  • Ideally relevant certifications (e.g. IIBA, IREB, OCEB)
  • Knowledge of methods in the area of agile requirements engineering, agile quality assurance and cross-technology agile development methods
  • Willingness for continuous personal development
