Your role

  • assess front-to-back business processes with a view to optimizing and creating transformational opportunities
  • ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting benefits
  • work with key stakeholders such as Credit Officers, Credit Monitoring, Risk Reporting, IT partners and
  • our business sponsors to advance and create high-quality credit monitoring processes and solutions
  • embed an agile, client-centric culture where techniques such as prototyping are used to ensure we are creating solutions that meet or exceed expectations
  • transform our organization using Agile and Lean methods of working to remain a best-in-class function

Your team

You’ll be working in the front-to-back Lombard Risk Change Team in Switzerland in a team made up of Change Experts and Risk Control Specialists. The team delivers global process improvements and systems solutions to underwrite and monitor credit risk. In this function, you will be exposed to an exciting mix of projects and processes with a global reach and local specific adaptation.

Your expertise

  • ideally 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role within the banking industry, preferably in credit and/or market risk
  • excellent problem solving and strong business analytics capabilities, proven capacity to operate effectively also to tight deadlines
  • master’s degree or equivalent in banking and finance or related field
  • a pro-active attitude (you are always brimming with ideas)
  • attention to detail, structured approach, well organized working style
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills; good command of English. German or other languages are an advantage
  • a solid understanding of financial markets and a passion to further your knowledge and a drive to provide best-in-class client experience; Wealth management industry knowledge is a plus
  • IT-specific knowledge; in particular skilled in program management software (Jira/Confluence) and handling/manipulating large data sets using advanced MS Excel functionality; additional programming skills such as VBA would also be advantageous
