PWM is seeking to recruit a Business Analytics and Data Specialist for 9 months within our Finance unit.

As a member of Pictet Wealth Management’s Finance Analytics team, you will lead the efforts to achieve PWM’s strategic ambitions by managing data and analytics. Your role will be to provide support for data integration, optimize existing data transformation procedures, contribute to priority projects and offer pertinent solutions to increase automation of operations in the Department.

Your role


You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Head of Finance Analytics in his role & responsibilities.
  • Data Management
    • Developing, maintaining and continuously improve data warehouses, reporting processes and dashboards.
    • Liaising with Finance to create synergies in data management and with Group Technology to advance the technology roadmap.
  • Business Analytics
    • Developing and tracking key performance indicators.
    • Preparing financial reports for the Management and internal stakeholders.
    • Carring out ad hoc analyses as requested by client facing teams, CFO and other stakeholders.

Your profile


  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
  • Data-driven and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manipulate and present complex and extensive datasets with R or Python but preferably SQL.
  • Knowledge of modern data development tools (Git, Jira) would be a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and French.
  • A humble team player who can build trust relationships with key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Driven by excellence and ability to deliver on multiple tasks, in a very demanding environment.
  • Proactive and ongoing willingness to learn, with the ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
