For our partner, a well-known company based in Zurich, we are looking for an analytical and customer-oriented Business Application Specialist ERP and CRM with immediate effect or by appointment for a permanent position.

Tasks

• Support in the creation of new requirements in the ERP and CRM environment
• Creation of technical concepts for the implementation of the requirements in ERP and CRM
• Participation in the implementation of the requirements in cooperation with our external partners
• Test and quality management of the implemented solutions
• Creation of documentation
• Training and support of ERP and CRM users
• Participation in the support of the technical infrastructure of the ERP and CRM system
• Ensure access management

Must Haves

• Completed studies (FH, Uni/ETH) in the field of information technology or an adequate scientific degree
• Several years of professional and project experience in the implementation, support and further development of ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations" is a prerequisite
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft stacks MS SQL, MS-Azure, MS-LCS, Visual Studio
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or another CRM system
• Ability to manage projects independently (project management, change management)
• Willingness to work on-call outside of regular working hours
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel between the locations in Zürich and Thurgau
