Purpose

The Business Consultant B2B Applications (SalesForce), is a member of the Enterprise Application Services Europe team based in Meyrin, Geneva.

We are supporting 13 Maisons within around 17 countries in Europe as well as our Richemont regional functions (Finance, Customer Service and Logistics) using Enterprise Applications (SAP ERP, SalesForce, Digital, Business Intelligence).

He/She is responsible for supporting B2B(2C) solution, internally called “Booster”. It has recently been migrated to SalesForce and is being rolled out across our European markets, as part of a strategic initiative which supports the Group and our Maisons to transform their business operating model towards “New Retail”. The solution is integrated in our applications landscape with interfaces to Digital applications, SAP ERP and Business Intelligence.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop B2B(2C) technical expertise on the solution and all related applications (Salesforce, SAP, BI,…);
  • Develop and maintains his/her knowledge and expertise of the business in the field of Richemont Europe distributions process (Distribution, Finance, CRM, Logistics);
  • Support the regional rollout of the solution across our European markets;
  • Receive requests for information or issues through incidents (level 2 support). Resolve and/or coordinate resolution (e-g: service-desk or group technology teams – level 3 support) according to the Service Level Agreement;
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate test sessions during projects, release/maintenance cycles and regional deployment of the solution;
  • Perform periodical non-regression tests to secure the quality and stability of the solution;
  • Promote and drive the utilization of the solution across our markets;
  • Collect enhancement requests and follow up with validation and implementation;
  • Act as a bridge between business teams (e-g: Distribution Performance teams, Business Process Integrators, Commercial teams) and technical teams (Digital, SAP teams);
  • Give training to Key Users through on site or virtual sessions;
  • Animate Key Users community, communicate through our internal social network (Yammer) and ensure knowledge is well spread across our business users;
  • Develop and update appropriate documentation (user guides, video, e-learning).

Your Invaluable Skills We Are Looking For

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master in Business, Computer Science or Engineering;
  • You have recognized and successful application support experiences - at least 5 years, preferably in the fields of B2B, omnichannel or distribution;
  • You have knowledge of Salesforce (e.g: B2B Commerce Cloud, Community, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud); as well as SAP ERP (FICO, SD, LE, MM) and Business Intelligence is a plus;
  • You have a capacity to learn and investigate transverse business flows;
  • You are Service-oriented, user-focused, analytical and problem-solver;
  • Written & oral communication skills, ability to give trainings;
  • You are fluent in English; any other European language is a plus;
  • The position may imply travels in European countries.
