What to expect
  • You will lead projects and programs in the areas of "Legal, Regulatory and Compliance", including analysis, concept development and support in the implementation
  • You will coordinate and work closely with the Chief Transformation Officer, the General Counsel and the Country Compliance Officer, as well as with different business workstreams across teams
  • You will be responsible for stakeholder management and will prepare presentations for various stakeholders, including steering groups, the executive board and the board of directors
  • You will work in an ambitious, talented team whose strong team spirit, diverse profiles and in-depth expertise guarantee an exciting working environment
The skills you’ll bring
  • Degree in law, economics or similar (University, University of Applied Sciences etc.)
  • Several years of experience with regulatory, legal and compliance projects in management consulting (preferably top tier), audit or in the Swiss financial industry
  • Leadership experience (business or project)
  • Good knowledge of regulation as well as processes and products in the insurance sector
  • Strong skills in visualising complex topics and in preparing management documents (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
