Business Controller R&D (maternity cover: 6 - 8 months)

We are looking for a team-oriented Business Controller R&D with strong can-do attitude, who is willing to take ownership while growing and move to the next step in their career by joining a leading provider of hearing care solutions. If you are energetic to keep pace with a dynamic and complex workplace, curious and ready to add value and challenge the way things are done you will master this role.

Your tasks
  • Proactively support the global R&D organisation with insights out of analysis, reports and supporting in strategic initiatives
  • Actively drive planning and budgeting for the global R&D organisation
  • Business partner with the R&D leadership team in all finance related matters
  • Support guidelines and directives, assure compliance
  • Finance business partner to the cost center owners
  • Active monitoring of key research & development projects
  • Key user of several Finance tools (e.g. SAP / Cognos / Allevo)
  • Continuous process improvements

Your profile
  • University degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Controller in a multinational environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Applications, SAP and Cognos
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinker, goal-oriented, with a self-dependent mode of operation
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages would be a plus
