Your field of responsibility


Join us as a Front Support specialist for international Private Banking clients located in Zurich.
A unique chance to act as a point of contact for the Front organization with regard to business data and account management enquiries as well as operational activities covering account openings, setting flags / KUHAT, address modification, calculation of account closings etc.. An important intermediary position between Front organization and Back Office to provide best possible solutions. A great opportunity to improve processes and tools via interaction with different project teams and to improve your personal as well as technical skillset.

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match, if you have:

  • Completed banking / commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally some experience in a role as a Front Supporter or equivalent experience
  • Precise way of working and willingness to cope with pressure
  • Fluency in English is a must, German or any other language is an asset
  • A solution driven mindset paired with flexibility, dedication and self-motivation
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
