We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer and Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele for our business. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growthtogether with the management. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee new and existing projects.
We are a Swiss company, headquarted in Zurich, that strives to deliver tailor-made, high-quality software. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, we help any business to evolve towards the most current technologies.
For this position we require
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborating with management and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
- Support development team members on specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace
- Availability to travel, if required, to work directly at the customer’s premises
Your profile:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales or a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Software solutions development market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Attention to detail and used to work with Agile methodologies
- Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
- Degree Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in German and English, Italian is a plus
