Your Key Responsibilities

The Parts and Accessories Business Development Coordinator will report directly to the Parts & Accessories Manager.

COMMERCIAL POLICY
  • Drive Commercial Policy strategy for different regions and product lines in EMEA.
  • Manage governance with commercial team to ensure market input driving the commercial policy strategy.
  • Ensure documented approval stages.
  • Work closely with PA (Parts & Accessories) Analyst and BI teams to support Commercial policy strategy.
RETAIL ACTIVATION
  • Be key driver for Retail Promotional Activation and Go to Market actions.
  • Collaborate closely with PA Analysts, Advisors and Business Intelligence Teams.
  • Host / Participate to PA Monthly Go to Market Governance to gather market inputs and trends.
BUDGET / BUSINESS PLANNING and UPDATES
  • Collaborate closely with PA Analysts to gather all relevant data supporting the monthly business update.
  • Understand and control vectors of profitability vs sales.
  • Group all elements supporting the key vectors of PA business.
  • Ensure presentation of Business updates in close collaboration with PA Manager EMEA.
  • Control and build together with PA Analysts and Finance team the Budget plan and forecast reviews.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
  • International markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
  • Parts and Accessories for all product lines
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Highly computer literate especially with Excel and Power-Point
  • Minimum English , French would be highly beneficial, other languages are a plus.
  • International business experience
