This is your chance to join a fast-paced startup in a business development role as the right hand of our Chief Customer Officer.
Who We Are
Experify exists to establish a new way of authentic product experiences: We connect undecided online shoppers with real owners nearby to get an honest opinion or test the product in real-life.
Experify is not for everyone. It is for people who favor #real experiences more than anonymous & fake online reviews or paid (influencer) product endorsements and who believe in the power of social interactions. It is for brands who are proud of their products and give everything for customer satisfaction. For companies that are not afraid of letting their products and customers speak on their behalf.
Founded in Zurich in 2019, the platform launched last summer. Today we count 9 European brands from the bike, hi-fi audio, stroller and sports & hobby equipment sectors to our customers. Among Radon, one of the largest direct-to-consumer bike brands in Europe.
We are part of the UC Berkeley SkyDeck Accelerator’s current cohort (18 were selected from 1300 applications) and moving part of our company to the Valley.

You have a deep passion for Business Development: for finding new market opportunities, quickly understanding customer perspectives and needs, tailoring messages to their needs and creating value for customers.
You like to wear many hats and fluently change from “research mode” to “creative mode”. Further, you speak English fluently (German is nice-to-have), and you have a high affinity for details and are well-organized. You love it when things are clear and consistent.
You are resilient and bring a lot of Can-Do attitude. You are interested to work at an early-stage startup, where many things are still a bit messy and hectic at times, and where you have the chance to truly contribute and make a difference.
We are growing at a fast pace and want to keep the great talent close and happy. Therefore you can imagine this internship transforming into full-time employment.
Your tasks
You’ll work together closely with Niklas, Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer, to assist and take over a broad range of bizdev and sales-related areas – supporting our global expansion in general and US market entry more specifically over the next months.
US Market Strategy
- Refine our ideal-customer profile for the US market
- Challenge our marketing & sales approach in light of the US market
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Find key accounts in target organizations
- Brainstorm and develop new ways of creative sales outreach
- Assist in cold outreach to key accounts
- Prepare sales meetings
- Managing our Remote Research Team of two and ensuring a healthy funnel
- Maintaining the CRM and creating reports
- Assist in optimizing our sales processes
