Jurata gives private individuals and SMEs access to legal services with just 1 click. When it comes to customer friendliness, the legal market lags far behind other industries. Companies and private individuals seeking legal services are confronted with market that is confusing and non-transparent. This is changing with Jurata’s platform solution, which connects countless clients with suitable lawyers every month in an efficient and largely automated matching process. Almost 1’200 lawyers or about 10% of all Swiss lawyers are present on Jurata. In addition, Jurata is investing heavily in the productization and automation of basic legal services such as incorporations, trademark registrations contract creation. Jurata is currently present on the Swiss market, but plans to enter other European markets in late 2022 / early 2023.

Tasks

This job offers you the perfect opportunity to gain insight and first-hand experience into what it is like to build a company from scratch and work as an entrepreneur closely together with the founders. The internship entails various tasks on the business side, ensuring that it never gets boring and that you are exposed to new challenges every day. Some of the key responsibilities are:
  • Identify and validate new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads by finding new potential sales opportunities and build sustainable customer relationships by nurturing prospects.
  • Identify (potential) customers’ needs and suggest appropriate actions to take.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in Jurata’s CRM.
  • Refine the company’s sales strategy by identifying best practices.
  • Support strategy, marketing, and operational initiatives.
Requirements

Who we are looking for:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, preferably also in English (French is a plus).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and hands-on mentality.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for legal topics, technology, and innovation.
  • Advanced MS Office or, preferably, G-Suite skills.
