Tasks
  • Pro-actively support and train teams in assigned regions/SAS to achieve sustainable & profitable growth in CS business
  • Build, prepare, organize and conduct virtual and physical trainings and visits for CS product knowledge, sales tactics, market analysis etc.
  • Support PM with roll-out of new service products into the regions
  • Analysis of the market, understanding the needs of the customers and feedback to Product Management
  • Drive assigned strategic initiatives together with SAS teams

Required Qualifications
  • Background in milling technology with at least 3 years of work experience
  • Process know-how in milling
  • Expertise in solution finding methods
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confident manner and good presentation skills
  • Team player with a strong ability to cross-sectorial mobilization of employees
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in project management
