Alvicus AG is a Switzerland based consulting firm operating in the European financial & technology industry. Our clients obtain intern management from our experienced staff and consulting services when it comes to specific questions.

As an Alvicus Business Development & Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain an exclusive insight into the consulting world. You will have access to our extensive network and collaborate with our highly professional team. You will help our international clients and entrepreneurs to achieve their corporate goals and improve their business performance. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the development of our services: Consulting, Investment and Mentoring.

Tasks

  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
  • Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
  • Assist in the management of website SEO
  • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
  • Assist & lead marketing and sales activities (on- and offline)
  • Do research about relevant topics and present the insights to the team
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
  • Assist with daily administrative and project duties
  • Take part in formal and informal training opportunities
Requirements

Prerequisite to be considered

  • You must be able to read & understand the prerequisites
  • You must live in the greater Zurich area
  • You must speak fluent German and English
We are looking for a smart person who is a motivated problem-solver and capable of the following:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Social Media nerd who successfully posts on different platforms
  • Know how to work with PowerPoint and Excel (and you love it)
