In this role you will actively feed the Regional EMEA team and local markets with business intelligence, by identifying and creating relevant reports, analysis and presentations in order to provide data driven recommendations, across all métiers and KPIs. You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to set up the right data tracking and business intelligence processes and systems.
Main Accountabilities
Data Analytics, engineering and visualisation
- Identify and create relevant reporting for the EMEA region and derive data driven recommendations to the regional team (e.g. monthly EMEA report in conjunction with regional métiers and finance to provide insights and learnings beyond financial KPIs)
- Ensure both identification of relevant reports and create impactful visualisations and presentations of data and insights, in order to ensure comprehension from various audiences
- Define and create automated dashboards and reporting process for métiers KPIs in collaboration with KPI owners and regional controlling (e.g. digital, CRM, retail, collection etc) – with strong focus on client insights (on- and offline), retail and collection performance.
- Create automated monthly dashboards and reports for EMEA, by Country, by POS
- Provide regional and local top management with weekly and monthly reporting on defined KPIs, where possible
- Support local EMEA markets with specific business analysis, when needed
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on aligning on KPIs, data and reports
Data Quality and Accuracy
- Establish data capture and data quality processes together with the different métiers, from global to region to local
- Drive proper implementation in our affiliates to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Run regular data quality checks for various KPIs
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in defining, understanding, and working with a variety of Business KPI’s
- Business acumen to translate data into relevant business recommendations for better decision making
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Affinity to IT and data capture system
- Knowledge of data handling - coding and visualization
- Knowledge of data and BI tools such as Power BI and R mandatory
- English is required, another language will be a plus
