For our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical company is looking for a

Business Intelligence Manager

Start: ASAP

Duration: 4 months with possibility of extension

Location: Baar, CH

Workload: 100%

Tasks:

  • Drive integrated strategic customer and market insights for the Alzheimer’s Disease Business Units.
  • Be an integrated CMI Business Partner to key business functions within Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as Global and affiliates.
  • Drive strong decision support to senior commercial leadership, based on strategic forensic analytics, market research, forecasting, business execution insight, performance outcomes and competitive intelligence
  • Drive short- and long-term forecasting processes

Core Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business, the life sciences, pharmacy, or chemistry (advanced biology, medicine-related degree preferred).MBA is desired
  • Proficient in English; additional languages an advantage
  • 8-10 years’ relevant experience within a life sciences company or consulting firm supporting the healthcare industry with specific focus on driving insights driven decision making
  • Experience within Neurology is a strong advantage
  • Experience with product launches in the BIR region, particularly in support of building new markets, is a strong advantage
  • Expertise in managing people directly or indirectly through complex projects or matrix organizations
  • Has a broad understanding of BIR regional pharmaceutical data, including market research data/vendors, and which source to leverage in order to answer business questions most effectively
  • Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure and innovative delivery
  • Highly collaborative – must be able to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and take guidance and direction from CMI peers and Senior Leadership
  • Strong communication skills, particularly executive presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills, focused on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Driven, highly self-motivated, confident, high-energy, bright and creative individual with desire and ability to own a high-profile part of the business.
