Are you able to handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm? Do you have strong analytical skills and enjoy working closely with the management team to drive our strategic agenda? We are looking for someone to strengthen our Client & Business Enablement team for the client segment Banks:
  • manage a portfolio of activities ranging from recurring tasks such as driving input for senior management updates and committees, analyzing monthly financials to longer term initiatives
  • produce regular sales and risk reporting as well as forecast reports in order to guide the business
  • support HR activities in the space of internal and external trainings
  • organize internal events from inception to execution
  • support business owned projects, lead the deliverables and drive the milestones
  • coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, e.g. Client Advisors, Product Specialists, Human Resources, Finance, Business & Risk Management, etc.
  • generate new ideas to enhance efficiency of recurring reporting and identify process optimization
  • support the wider team in the client onboarding and regular Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews for Banks and regulated Brokers
Description du profil

  • completed a banking education (commercial apprenticeship or trainee program) or equivalent
  • previous experience working as a business manager
  • very organised and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously
  • extensive experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • experience in working in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team
  • solution orientated and a problem solver
  • reliable, highly committed and a strong team person
  • fluent in German and English
