Why we are recruiting:
As part of the Business Performance and Contract Management Team, this position will hold a key role in driving the Forum’s business performance efforts. The selected candidate will drive business performance intelligence and insights across the organization. He/she will lead the reporting on the Forum’s overall operation including (i) updates on growth of the partnership base, (ii) retention of existing partners, and (iii) quality of the business partnership portfolio. In addition, the chosen candidate will drive further adoption of dashboards across the organization.
Another critical aspect of the role will be to help inform management of critical trends through the development of presentations. The role requires structured thinking, clear communication skills, and a strong command of data analytics.
Reporting lines and interactions:
The Business Performance Lead reports to the Head of Business Performance and Contract Management. The role is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Main stakeholders to support include:
  • Senior Management Team
  • Business Engagement Team (business development & relationship management teams)
  • Platform Teams
Main stakeholders to collaborate with include:
  • Business Strategy and Services
  • Finance
  • Information Technology
  • Legal
Main responsibilities:
  • Create narratives and drive business intelligence insights across the Forum based on critical key performance indicators including i). Growth, ii). Retention, and iii). Quality of companies gained
  • Analyze, synthesize, and summarize critical business performance trends for Senior Management and Board of Trustees through weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates
  • Oversee and track the business performance for relevant internal teams by extracting data from dashboards and conducting data analysis
  • Lead the enhancement of regular business performance updates delivered by colleagues to 16 platform teams
  • Manage 1 team member
  • Offer regular updates to the Business Engagement team regarding contract renewal, contract pipeline progress, unpaids, and other useful information
The successful candidate will be assessed on:

  • Communication skills: Ability to synthesize conclusions into clear presentations
  • Data analytics: Generation of timely, accurate reports using Excel and leveraging Tableau dashboards
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to focus on broader themes and high-level overview
Preferred Requirements and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree in business administration, economics, management or related field with a Bachelor’s in Econometrics, Engineering, or Statistics preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience overall
  • 3 to 5 years of Management Consulting experience
  • Sound business judgement
  • Robust excel, data analytics and statistical skills
  • Excellent Powerpoint and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is a strong asset
  • Strong problem solver with ability to manage priorities, complex and ambiguous cases
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams both on-site and remotely
