We are offering a challenging and exciting position in the PMO Radiation Oncology Solutions Business line as a Project Manager, where you will partner with sales and supply chain teams to implement new global standards, process efficiencies, tools, and procedures.What You Will Do- Organize projects and activities with the Installations team and adjacent functions to develop efficient and standardized global processes
- Analyze processes, organization structures and data in EMEA to obtain a strategic initial baseline to develop a scalable concept in alignment to regional and global stakeholders.
- Evaluate process strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Work with global and diverse stakeholders to drive the strategic direction of the program
- Cascade global requirements into executable regional concepts by working with global and regional stakeholders and implementing those
- Create and manage milestones and interventions to ensure achieving project goals
- Transparently communicate program issues and decisions to stakeholders
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Analyze and mitigate program risks
- Bachelor’s degree(or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
- Proven experience in program or project management
- Proven problem-solving abilities using knowledge of lean tools and methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Visio; working knowledge of project management software (MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability and willingness to learn and upskill in new areas
- Works independently to prioritize across multiple competing tasks and objectives
- Ability to think strategically and act pragmatically—see the "big picture" and identify short-term steps to achieve the long-term goal
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to work on a diverse and global team
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in installation, service or pre-sales processes
- Proficiency using Salesforce and SAP
