Your field of responsibility


We are offering a highly challenging and interesting position that includes the design, planning and execution of education programs within Credit Suisse Next Generation Academy including. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to drive and further develop the Next Generation Academy of the bank to empower the Next Generation to fulfil their potential and transform the meaning of wealth. Your main responsibilities will be: the set up and implementation of the Virtual Campus that provides an enhanced learning experience and journey for the Global Next Generation Academy, including the curation of relevant on-demand and live content; a close collaboration and in-depth insights into the Next Generation Community of heirs of the most influential families worldwide. You will be responsible for conceptualization of new programs, logistics, communications, digital interac-tions and content creation, as well as increasing of existing and identification of potential new touch points to facilitate interactions between the Next Generation and the business organization to pro-vide them with relevant insights that help ensure that the needs of this target group are met.

Your skills and experience


Are you the perfect fit for this role? Now is your chance to show us that you have the following skills,
experience and attributes:

  • Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences
  • At least three years of professional experience in event & project management including strong conceptual capabilities and an understanding of digital tools
  • Prior experience in managing education programs would be preferred
  • International experience in working with decentralized teams and various stakeholder groups
  • A broad intellectual background and understanding of the Next Gen target group
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as assertiveness
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • A team player, motivated and flexible attitude; able to take last-minute schedule changes in stride
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent speaking and reading knowledge of English; very good German is an asset
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
