Your field of responsibility


A role as a Project Manager with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, supporting the Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) Change organization in the delivery of Group-wide strategic regulatory initiatives. In this fast-moving position within an international environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered to agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality parameters, engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders from 1st and 2nd line functions. You will be working closely with our functional partners within the CRCO organization, as well as partners from with CFO Change.
The Business Project manager will be responsible for development of workstream plans, communication decks/presentations, working group coordination and stakeholder management. You will take part in the delivery of a global, complex regulatory program (FRTB) with specific focus on ensuring end-to-end readiness of specific business lines as part of transition to BaU.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • Strong project management experience (minimum of 5 years) working within the financial services industry; any specific experience in Risk Management or working as a Consultant is considered highly desirable.
  • A proven track record in project and change management. Experience in systems development or process re-engineering (incl. target operating models) is considered desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills enabling you to collaborate, negotiate and build-up effective and enduring relationships across a wide range of hierarchical levels.
  • Knowledge of regulatory topics, notably Basel 2.5 and FRTB, would be a benefit.
  • High flexibility and attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple challenging assignments.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English is required; German and/or any other languages is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
