Your tasks

  • Support initiation of projects, support & drive completion of project orders
  • Analyze, develop and optimize of business process models
  • Perform feasibilities, prototype preliminary solutions and present to business/IT stakeholders
  • Facilitate & perform high level requirements engineering with MoSCoW prioritization including end-to-end business process design
  • Provide handover and consulting to the project teams, ensure global best practice business processes are implemented for any new processes / requirements
  • Coordination and alignment with global process owners regarding project, change request or process related issues
  • Participation in management workshops for process improvements (Kaizen Workshops, A3PS)
  • Standardization of the process landscape (SAP S/4Hana Roadmap)
  • Collaboration on selection and definition of strategic tools (e.g. vendor evaluation through RfP)

Your profile

  • Higher education in business administration, computer science, process design or requirements engineering
  • Significant hands-on experience of SAP (8+ years) in the area of WM/EWM including multiple SAP full lifecycle experience
  • Solid knowledge of SAP APO/IBP (S&OP, demand and supply)
  • SAP Logistics (SD, MM) know-how is an advantage
  • Experience with S/4 Hana in preparation or implementation phases
  • Familiar with the SAP Ecosystems (Ariba, GRC, Hybris, Concur etc.)
  • Familiar with BPMN2 and process modelling in e.g. Solution Manager, Signavio or similar
  • Ability to analyze and convert business requirements into SAP end-to-end process architecture
  • Ability to prepare SAP architecture solutions across modules and systems
  • Superior communication skills & business acumen to lead IT experts and senior management thru challenging change initiatives on Sonova’s ambitious growth path
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English
  • Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
