As a Business Tools Project Manager, you will act on the full lifecycle of any solution:
  • Design & Development related to market/HQ needs and priorities
  • Documentation, Training & Business Solution community management
  • Pilot & Deployment strategy
  • Enhancement priorization
  • Sustain & support to market
To ensure the right development, roll out and maintenance of B2C trade tools in the markets. You will be the main partner between trade business strategy, market needs and IT development. In addition, you will support the markets, updating sales guidelines, tools usage and sharing best practices.

A day in the life of a Business Tools Project Manager
  • Responsible for developments of new tools (end-to-end process) in the Trade Business Solution portfolio with 3 main area:
    • Efficiency & Management with solution such as New DemoTool (Demonstration management) or NTT (Sales Promoter activity)
    • Experience with solution such as Augmented Experience (Digital innovative experience through Prospect Mobile in POS)
    • Acquisition with solution such as OPR (Online Promo Redemption to support customer in their Promo redemption process), TMA (our solution to acquire in POS via our Demonstrator) or even Marketplace integration, piloting them with the markets, industrializing a roll-out process for non-pilots
  • Responsible for creating new relevant enhancements, features in this solutions portfolio.
  • Main partner for technical IT/IS partners (internal and external) to make design, new feature developments, and process review possible
  • Coordinate the implementation in the market with a strong relationship with our Trade Roll Out PM, involving all the interested peers within HQ/Market
  • Heavily involved with the HQ ERP system (Nessoft) and Cognos/SAP Hana (reports) for end-to-end process responsibility of the apps
  • Provide continuous support on the usage of the tool, monitoring the execution and following up the feedback for continuous improvement
  • Develop and improve standards processes and systems on a continuous basis, including the creation and update of guidelines and processes for super users in the market
What Will Make You Successful
  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in a commercial or trade marketing environment
  • Strong experience in project management/business development
  • Good understanding of business IT solutions & process (or willing to learn)
  • Strong interest in technical aspects going up to the level of ERP system
  • Experience in app development or managing design teams or IT/IS teams are a plus
  • Fluent in English, other language would be a plus
