Your main responsibilities and challenges will be Business Development, Hiring, and Management.

As a Business Unit Manager, you analyze the national and international market in IT and Telecommunication, identifying the potential clients and projects, defining the business development strategy to guarantee the growth of the company.

You will hire, manage and support the consultants by using the career management methods of the company such as performance evaluation and training.

Do you have our Prime Group Business Managers requirements?
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Business Manager or experience as a Senior Business Manager within IT and Telecom area;
  • Experience managing teams is a plus;
  • Ideally a degree in Management or Engineering;
  • Fluent French, English, and German is a plus;
  • Dynamic, agile, and organizational skills;
  • Decision maker and willing to take risks being able to think out of the box;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
