About Our Client

Job Description

Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders, or general expenses and production; the logistics and inventory transactions.
Assist the senior buyer with the selection of the right product/service.
Share the best practices of SAP and provide solutions and support to the Departments and Services.
Contribute to internal and outsourced plate production orders (PLTP) and actively to the maintenance all reference data in the ERP (referencing, price lists, parameters).
Ensure products are purchased at the right time, to specification and at a good price
Inform and support the internal partners on lead-time, stocks, items database, and inventories.
Plan, monitor and maintain suitable inventory levels.
Research new suppliers and making recommendations to the buyer
Compile reports on product performance and statistics.

The Successful Applicant

You speak English (B2), German (B2) and French.
You are proficient in SAP and the module PTP (procure to pay) IPO (individual purchase order).
You are solution oriented and with a good team spirit:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
