Are you a highly experienced Asset Management (AM) Compliance and Risk professional? Can you support our asset management business globally, being a senior member of the team, you will help to drive a robust financial crime prevention (FCP) framework to ensure sustainable performance and the right outcomes for our clients, markets and people?

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Crime Prevention officer to help:

• ensure financial crime and conduct risk controls are appropriately owned, robust and applied across both 1st and 2nd line of defence, and that policies and procedures reflect regulatory requirements and industry best practice in alignment with the firm wide FCP framework
• advise senior management, the business, and other key stakeholders on risk identification, mitigation, all necessary financial crime prevention measures and associated conduct & culture enhancement measures, ranging from individual specific situations to broader strategic projects
• escalate suspicious activity and relevant violations to senior management and where applicable law enforcement, and provide MI to support decision making in a timely manner
• further enhance our assurance capabilities such as front to back controls testing, data analytics, and thematic reviews
• focus on lessons learnt to enhance a thorough assessment and read across on material financial crime issues, conducting root cause analysis and identifying areas of remediation from AM perspective
• deliver strategic roadmap in alignment with both the C&ORC AM and global FCP vision and strategy
• provide financial crime prevention training to AM business as well as C&ORC AM teams
• be considered a trusted partner of the business whilst delivering effective independent challenge

You will be part of a small team of 3, spit across London and Zurich (this role will be based in Zurich). You will be reporting into the C&ORC AM Head of Financial Crime, additionally you will ensure close alignment and collaboration between C&ORC AM regional teams and the Global Financial Crime Prevention function, leveraging other key SMEs as required.
