Your team


Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

Your role


You will join the Human Resources Department and be a part of the Pictet Academy team, where you will provide support to the Young Talents Manager. Your main duty will be to source and engage with young talents for internships and entry-level positions. You will also act as a spokesperson for the Group, raising awareness of our corporate brand at different career or campus events. In this capacity you will be primarily tasked with the following duties:

Career/Campus event management (65%)


  • Independently managing and organising the Group’s representation at career/campus events as well as for in-house events targeted at students and graduates.
  • Promoting the Pictet Group by creating and implementing standard recruiting campaigns, both on campus and on social media with our Group Communications Department.
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders (universities, Group Communications, business lines and the HR community).
  • Conducting research on specific topics and making suggestions for potential measures to be implemented for sourcing and attracting a diverse pool of talented candidates.
  • Ensuring that all related activities are delivered to the highest quality and in accordance with our short- and long-term business strategies.
  • Ensuring continual development and optimisation; monitoring, analysing and evaluating the measures taken and making recommendations and initiating action plans.
  • Developing marketing content and products.
  • Creating and managing budgets and a calendar of events.

Graduate programme coordination and project management (35%)


  • Handling the administration of graduate training workshops (managing logistics, planning and communication).
  • Managing ad hoc projects, based on priorities.

Your profile


  • Preliminary experience in event or project management, or in a similar role, ideally with exposure to Generation Z.
  • University degree in a relevant field or a qualification considered equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of rigour and attention to detail.
  • Keen sense of client service and empathy with excellent networking abilities and the capacity to interact and collaborate with a wide range of people.
  • Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
  • A growth mindset and eager to develop and learn.
  • Expert user of standard IT applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in French and English; German would be a major plus.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
