Hobson Prior are looking for a Capital Project Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Boudry. Our client is focused on finding, developing and distributing novel remedies that assist people overcome serious illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will be accountable to evaluate and approve design, PFD planning, equipment and utilities sizing.
  • Handle investment projects as well as contribute to the investment and budget explanations.
  • Guide or assist with commissioning and qualification actions.
  • The ideal candidate will offer technical directions throughout project execution, ensure viability of technology in suggested configuration, adherence to company standards and practices.
  • You will share best practices and sponsor harmonisation while optimising cost.
  • Responsible for establishing engineering standards and keep content up-to-date and compliant through periodic evaluation and successful integrat9ion with third-party designers/integrators.
  • Arrange various teams as project manager working on new projects.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Able to make decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical or similar organisation.
  • Know-how of GMP and FDA regulatory needs.
  • Technical know-how and familiarity with project management.
  • Know-how of process technologies such as solid dosage forms, packaging, etc.
  • Technical infrastructures knowledge such as HVAC, utilities, etc.
  • Knowledge in the validation of processes and systems.
  • Know-how of risk analysis tools.
  • Fluency in the English and French languages.
