IntroductionFor one of our clients, an international NGO based here in Geneva, we are looking for a :Caseworker - Ukrainian and/or Russian Speaker W/MFor a long-term temporary position starting ASAPDescription De La MissionThe department that you will join centralizes all informations received from different sources (Parties to the conflict, families and Family Links Network and Open sources).The relevant data will be received and logged into a dedicated case management system that will store it securely, and confidentially.
  • Carries out activities related to information and case management of sensible cases within the scope and framework of the NGO
  • Collects and processes information related to sensitive cases linked to international conflicts
  • Evaluates, preserves, verifies when possible and analyses information related to sensitive cases
  • Prepares reports on findings and proposes follow up actions as part of the case management and coordinates with teams outside the the Department when required
  • Ensures all individual cases are duly processed and followed up, including decisions on information that should be provided to the authorities, families, other section team members and other Departments
  • Ensures accurate paper filing and guarantees data protection and data security of individual data by ensuring all data is managed confidentially and in compliance with Data Protection rules
  • Drafts representations, interventions, and notifications to the authorities and contributes to the preparation, reporting and follow up of internal and external meetings and reports
  • Coaches, trains, provides technical guidance and supports to the National Society and other staff in issues of his/her expertise when required
Profil Attendu
  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in case management
  • Excellent commands of English, Ukrainian and/or Russian
  • Strong Computer skills (Office package: Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Available ASAP
