TXT e-solutions is looking for a talented Instructional Designer on Ground Based Training Systems to be added to the team working in Switzerland.

Main responsibilities:
  • Create, develop and review CBT courseware;
  • Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus;
  • Provide Quality Assurance and version control across all CBT courseware;
  • Liaise with Engineering and other Departments to verify the CBT content;
  • Perform lessons peer reviews.

Requirements:
  • Experience of developing educational solutions (E-learning lessons, courseware);
  • Knowledge of E-learning standards such as SCORM;
  • Able to utilise CBT authoring tools such as ForceTen, Articulate Storyline;
  • Learning technology Experience such as Learning Management System (LMS), Content Management System (CMS), Training Management System (TMS);
  • Aviation background (pilot or technician).

Experience with scripting such as Javascript and knowledge of German are advantageous.

Experience of at least 3 years in this field is required.

The profile is completed by a good knowledge of English, communication skills, relational skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment, work flexibility, work autonomy, team working skills, capacity to perform under pressure and due date in multitasking.

We offer a permanent contract with a salary of 70K - 80K CHF and the opportunity to work in a leading company in the sector.
