Job Purpose and Impact

The Commercial Excellence Sales Operations and Enablement Advisor will provide thought leadership and expert knowledge for the strategic execution of commercial excellence priorities related to Sales Operations and Enablement capabilities across the company. In this role, you will drive cross enterprise and cross functional engagement to deliver commercial value from the Cargill Sales Operations & Enablement capability framework to enable efficiency, effectiveness and engagement. Key Accountabilities

Provide thought leadership for project, consulting and execution support to build significant capabilities across the organization in line with the Cargill Sales Operations & Enablement framework.
Drive highly complex organizational design and sustainable implementation at scale across enterprises and geographies.
Influence and foster the utilization of Sales Operations & Enablement capability maturity assessment diagnostic tools across business units to support strategic planning, prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Advance sales execution support and automation across areas including new customer setup, sample requests, quoting and contract support and customer dispute resolution.
Lead highly complex initiatives to accelerate selling onboarding, sales development and adoption of innovative systems and tools.
Provide direction on design, development and implementation of commercial processes and tools and inspire strong data driven capabilities related to performance analytics, incentive plan administration and integrated business planning.
Partner collaboratively with essential leaders across businesses and enterprises to ensure the strategy execution and across key functions to support relevant initiatives.
Provide expert thought leadership in Sales Operations & Enablement and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience (Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement)
Previous experience or familiarity with common CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Oracle, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in a related field (MBA)
Command of common sales performance metrics and measures of a commercial organization
Experience in effective change management techniques and implementation
Experience working in a decentralized, multi-site, global organization
Strong mental agility and flexibility with a proven ability to work through ambiguity
