What are the main responsibilities?
  • Collaborates with local Country /MCO teams:
    • Provide commercial and financial decision support to CHC GBU local teams
    • Trusted point of contact for business cross functional teams, transforming financial and non-financial information into insight which influences decision making to improve the financial performance of the organization
    • Provide review, challenge and decision support to investment and operating decisions (e.g. business cases...)
    • Support the delivery of local projects

  • Financial Performance & Planning
    • Coordinate monthly closing processes, including GBU specific items: Analyses performance against latest forecasts in all dimensions of CHC P&L. Including particularly: GtN & Gross margin analysis, Stock in Trade, DSO and CHC Indicators (e.g. Freshness Index and Media investment)
    • Develop accurate financials for the F1, F2 and 3YFF that reflect the business strategy
    • Proactive identification of financial and commercial risks and opportunities, developing corrective actions to close gaps where required

What you will need for the role?

  • Demonstrate the ability to interact, challenge scenarios and communicate appropriately with local CHC business unit members and also local support functions
  • Build trusting relationship with both local and regional counterparts
  • Tackle missions with high rigor with the ability to respond to business needs
  • Get rapidly an accurate knowledge of the business and local economic environment
  • Be operational and autonomous, while escalating the right information
  • Gain the ability to explain complex Finance concepts to non-Finance teams

Your profile:

  • Education: Business management, Economics, Finance, Financial Planning, Auditing
  • First experience in auditing, controlling and business analysis.
  • Sense of « Business Partnering », good written and oral communication capability.
  • Capacity to question/challenge in order to effectively arbitrate across solidified options.
  • Ability to navigate through complexity, process information & incorporate feedback into an interactive business conversation
  • Rigorous and organized
  • Fluent English is required
  • Mastering widely used controlling tools and particularly Excel and other office tools, SAP, SAP BW, TM1 and HFM experiences are a plus.
