The Job in brief:

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible of the Cold kitchen OR Hot kitchen section for VIP private jet and corporate events, you will prepare dishes in collaboration with the kitchen team and coordinated by the Executive Chef.

You are providing cooking skills, efficiency and creativity to ensure the high quality standards for the needs of our customers.

Responsabilities:

  • Ensure the daily running production of VIP cold Kitchen for private aviation according to catering order;
  • Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations from warehouse;
  • Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available at cold station (vegetables, fruits, spices etc.);
  • Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes;
  • Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality;
  • Enforce strict health and hygiene standards according to HACCP standards.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experiences in five stars hotel or Michelin star restaurant
  • VIP inflight catering experience is an advantage
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices
  • Culinary school diploma
  • English language is a must
  • Able to work on an early shift or late shift
