Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is accountable for driving companywide financial & performance management, build critical functional (finance, legal, HR, and IT) capabilities and dedication to support realization of strategic goals and initiatives, and to establish operating mechanism, system/ infrastructure/ process, analytics and insights to drive continuous health and excellence of the company.

  • Define & drive company-wide financial performance, establish annual and quarterly goals and operating mechanism from annual planning, key measurements & incentives, to quarterly financial & business analytics to ensure predictable & reliable executions t
  • Streamlining organization & process for effectiveness & efficiency, leverage ERP platform to drive continuous process and cost efficiency to deliver productivity and effective cost management
  • Implement operating mechanism from annual planning, key measurements & incentives, to quarterly financial & business analytics to ensure predictable & reliable executions;
  • Directs and oversees all aspects of responsible functions, ensure effective execution of all critical functional tasks, establish Center of Excellence to exploit benefits from specialization, include but not limited to: 1) Timely closing of financial books, providing monthly/quarterly/annual financial/operational metrics & analysis to drive performance and ensure rigor of decision making; 2) Insightful and reliable financial forecast to ensure credibility and predictability of company performance; 3) Cash to Order full-cash-conversion management empowered by analytics and process to ensure liquidity & cash planning; 4) Establish Zero-based budget and cost-management mechanism, drive project/program accountability and ROIs of investment and initiatives; 5) Establish a continuous improvement Lean culture enabled by data and insights; 6) Establish risks management mechanism to ensure controllership and safeguard company assets, including efficient authorization and empowerment with control mechanism
  • Develop and coach his/her teams, and provide on-going leadership guidance to leaders within finance, legal, HR, IT & Business Application; blending those functions into a cohesive enabling corporate functions and partners to BU and other functional leaders
  • Partner with the CEO to realize the company’s strategic financing (include IPO), define capital structure and managing financing initiatives and critical relationship with bankers and investors
  • Establishes and build strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and build effective business partnership, act as sounding board, and provide financial advices and executive training for financial/performance management
  • Develop and sustain high-performing teams through setting SMART goals, delivering performance reviews, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure employee development by allocating tasks serving skills, individual interests, and career goals to promote and maximize employees’ potential.
  • Ensure optimal staffing of your team by strategically planning, recruiting, and onboarding/training of new employees.
  • Build a high-performance team culture, and promote health and well-being of your teams, ensure operational and work safety.
  • Promote and lead by example to carry out and support DIH’s mission by achieving department and corporate goals.
  • Provide leadership, training and mentoring to leaders to build One Leadership Team culture
  • Provide supports to enhance organization capabilities and competency to realize strategic goals
  • Foster transparent internal communication, incl. cross-functional communication.

  • Builder & Performance Driver: The CFO must be able to define & build Operating mechanism and organization capabilities to enable and drive business & financial performance to ensure predictable and reliable realization of financial and business targets with well-defined KPIs & metrics.
  • Coach, Change Manager & Leader: The CFO shall have strong leadership in leading organization wide changes, and demonstrated great skill in coaching & mobilizing executive
  • Executive presence & Spokesperson: The CFO is able to develop & deliver effective presentations & communications to investors, shareholders and management team, to build trusts and generate impacts.
  • Broad experiences & technical skills: The CFO shall possess well-rounded experiences across all critical functions, from Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Reporting & Auditing, Financing & Bank relationship management, Accounting & Controllership, IT & Business Application (especially ERP), Organization Change Management, Leadership coaching & People Skills, Governance and Risk Management skills and mentality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well orally and in writing and mange well at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Positive Leadership, high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result-oriented
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials with tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA, CMA and/or CPA highly desirable
  • 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in MedTech companies with capital equipment’s investments
  • Solid working knowledge of federal and state (Swiss GAAP Fer) financial regulations as well as US-GAAP
