CYSEC SA is a cybersecurity company with its offices in Lausanne and in Paris. The company provides the solution ARCA Trusted OS, a software-based solution for protecting containerized platforms, applications, and workloads. This solution protects highly sensitive data and workloads deployed in Data Center, in the cloud or the Edge.

CYSEC partners with leading academic institutions and industry bodies in Confidential Computing and delivers cybersecurity solutions to clients in any vertical. It is our ambition to become the leading European provider of Confidential Computing by 2025.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Contract: 100% and permanent

Workplace: Lausanne or Paris

Tasks
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategy for growth phase of CYSEC
  • Develop and manage content plan, incl. review of content before publication
  • Determine and track marketing KPIs and present these KPIs weekly
  • Oversee marketing expenditure and stay within allocated budget
  • Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Respond to customers & users in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, journalists, and users
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends
Requirements
  • 10 years of marketing experience in a technology company, preferably in a cloud, open-source, or data-driven field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google
  • Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, Pipedrive, etc.
  • Ability to produce and present data-driven progress reports
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Hands on experience with managing social media channels
  • Knowledge of online marketing and ability to Interpret website traffic statistics
