Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Chief of Staff to report into the Group Chief Legal Officer (CLO). The Chief of Staff will provide day-to-day support to the CLO by giving her additional leverage and amplifying her impact. This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work under the immediate supervision of the CLO and generally help to implement her visions. The role is ideally based in Geneva, which is the Group HQ, but could be based also in another well-connected Verisure location.

The role will be varied and is positioned to interact closely and with autonomy with the CLO, the Group Legal team (at HQ and in the markets) and other leaders across the Group. Critical and strategic, the role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. We are looking for someone who can make a tangible positive impact to transform and add value. Opportunities for development for the successful candidate are substantial and there is a large potential to take other roles in the company (different areas, functions, countries, etc).

Our combined Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Regulatory Advocacy / PR team consists of over 55 lawyers and other professionals across the organization. Responsibilities

The Chief-of-Staff will be a strategic partner and advisor to the CLO, the entire Legal team and other leaders in the Group. This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work under the immediate supervision of the CLO. The role will be transversal and have exposure to all Legal initiatives, while also have the end-to-end ownership of a number of critical and transformational projects.

Priorities will include:

• Amplify impact and reach of the CLO and the Legal function, supporting her and the team on the definition and implementation of key strategic priorities across the Group

• Work closely with the Legal team and other leaders on strategic projects impacting the entire Group

• Closely work with CLO on ad hoc projects and assignments that require high attention, deep dive analysis and impactful presentation

• Define and track the Group-wide Legal dashboard and main KPIs, such as performance under Compliance and Privacy programs, external stakeholder engagement, Legal team size / total organization size ratios, etc.

• Plan and coordinate and follow- up meetings, external contacts, ideas for new projects and improvements, etc.

Experiences and Qualifications

We are looking for a high potential / top performer to be a key player in helping achieve positive impact across the organization In Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Regulatory Advocacy / PR related areas.

• Circa 3 - 5 years cumulative post-university experience (MBA, Legal Master’s or other Master’s degree)

High Potential / Top Performer from a top tier strategy consulting firm

• Strong track record on project management and presentation (written and oral) skills

• Very strong people and process skills

• Detail oriented and precise communicator

• Reliable and transparent

• Significant experience in multi-cultural environments

• Fluency in English – any other European language would be an asset.
