Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for strategic and operational elements of the people function, including business partnership, recruiting, talent and learning, total rewards, people analytics, and global compliance. As a member of the extended executive committee, you develop Kistler’s people strategy to advance in mission and growth, create the company’s culture, and own the full employee lifecycle.

Your Mission:



You shape Kistler’s people agenda, enable and empower our people to perform at their best


Your Tasks:



  • Participate in strategic planning and shape the People strategy to deliver on Kistler’s ambition and align people initiatives with business objectives
  • Drive strategic workforce planning taking into account market, technology, and skills development and monitor performance through KPIs and high-value indicators
  • Drive employee engagement and further develop the employer brand, positioning Kistler as a preferred employer
  • Create or evolve key people programs, including the development of the company’s people managers, future-oriented talent management, and a solid succession planning
  • Engage in the further development of the corporate culture - especially in collaboration with the CEO and based on the cornerstones of the company
  • Continuously improve HR processes and HR systems to ensure efficient and lean service delivery as well as a great employee experience
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO and executive peers, on topics such as leadership, organizational design, and talent management
  • Lead, motivate and inspire a global team of HR experts, share best practices, and ensure coherent HR policies within the Group





Your Qualification:



  • University degree (MAS or higher) in Human Resources paired with in-depth expertise across all HR disciplines
  • 10+ years of global experience in leading HR functions in complex organizations
  • Business acumen preferably with experience in the B2B environment
  • Proven track record of success in HR strategy development and implementing programs that attract and retain a high-performing and highly skilled global workforce
  • Profound experience in leading a global team of HR experts and building a state-of-the-art support organization
  • High affinity to numbers and data analytics and comfortable using these results to influence decisions
  • Ability to anticipate and translate trends into global and local action plans
  • Well-versed in various federal and country-specific employment laws and HR compliance to ensure the business is set up for success
  • Business fluency in German and English is required, sufficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Strong networking and cross-functional global mindset combined with a winning mentality
  • Enthusiastic personality with a high partnering orientation and a passion for people and cultures with a shared sense of purpose
