We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a member of the newly formed CISO Tools & Technology team to support the harmonization and optimization of a holistic, bank wide GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) service. Joining the team, you will have an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact on the way how the bank manages and governs IT risks and controls. Together with your colleagues, you will be instrumental in helping the bank to build, embed and sustain the required capabilities that enable effective and efficient IT risk management thanks to a modern, state of the art GRC service. The CISO Tools & Technology GRC Senior Product Owner will report into the Tools & Technology Lead and be responsible for partnering with CISO and IT Risk & Control service owners as well as technology leaders to support in planning, coordinating dependencies, designing and delivering an effective corporate-wide and customer-cantered GRC service.
You will be helping define and execute the CISO Tools & Technology strategy and architecture. You will be also responsible for periodic review of CISO Tools & Technology strategy and architecture to ensure it is in line with the latest business and regulatory requirements and approved by relevant architecture boards.
You will influence evaluation, planning and prioritizing of GRC architecture improvements and enhancements to ensure that GRC services are designed in best quality according to business priorities, regulatory, internal requirements, and industry standards.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for a successful candidate with a mix of skills in the following areas:

  • Proven track record of several years’ experience performing in an IT architecture role or as a senior IT product owner with good understanding of SDLC, preferably in an IT risk / GRC tool context
  • Knowledge and understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), certification is a plus
  • Proven track of experience in driving end-to-end delivery of IT solutions and working with agile delivery teams
  • Knowledge of control and risk management industry standards, and leading practices (e.g. COBiT, NIST CSF , NIST SP 800-53, COSO)
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities with a high affinity towards IT risk and controls
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the flexibility to interact on all different seniority levels
  • Team player with the ability to liaise across teams, departments and regions
  • Fluent English oral and written language skills is a must
